Thanks for the walkthrough on March 27. This estimate covers the full bathroom remodel including demolition, plumbing rough-in, tile, and finishes. Materials selections are based on the samples you approved on-site.
Internal notes(internal only)
Customer prefers weekday work between 8am and 4pm. Confirm tile lead time with supplier before scheduling install. Manager: Jordan Blake to coordinate plumber (Reyes Plumbing) and tile crew.
Terms & conditions
30% deposit due upon acceptance. Progress billing at plumbing rough-in and tile completion. Final balance due upon substantial completion and customer walkthrough. Change orders require written approval.
Warranty
1-year workmanship warranty from date of substantial completion. Manufacturer warranties apply to all installed fixtures, tile, and materials.
